Converting your data to Quickbooks

Quick Books is the industry leader for accounting and bookkeeping software.
Once the software is installed, you need to decide how you are going to transfer all the past history of names, Items, Invoices, Receivables etc into your Quickbooks data file
.

You do have a few options. One would be to type, long-hand, all the information needed. Certainly, this method will take days, weeks, or even months of time. Your second option would be to see if your previous software is up for exporting data. Again, that process can be a bit scary if you haven't exported and then imported data into Quickbooks. So be careful with this option.

The third process is to have a full conversion performed. Although this process isn't as cost friendly as the two above; it can be more successful and save you days of time and frustration.

There are some DOS based programs that can not be converted. So the data must be type long hand etc. Call our staff to discuss your options for importing or converting your data file into Quickbooks.
